An intervention in an existing house in Bečov. The original structure is left exposed; the new layers sit against it and never cover it.

The roof structure is left exposed across its full height. New elements sit lower, so the original construction reads first.

There is always a gap between new and original. Nothing meets flush, so what belonged to the house and what was added stays legible.
